Don't think Duke and Baylor would meet in the finals either lol, have a feeling we got a young one on here. I'd really like to see Butler and WVU, really because I tihnk that one would be a good one, I just like anything with Butler in it.

As good of a story Butler will be, I will take Izzo getting to the finals versus Huggiebear.

I'm cheering for Butler from here on out...one because they have a really fu*king cool mascot, but I really like the way Gordon Hayward plays...he's like a better ball-handling Mike Dunleavy

why not Butler? they have a PG who can shoot and is a vet who doesn't turn it over much...a 6'8 versatile player who can defend the wing and post...Howard on the block who can get it done on both ends...and a coach who has a great understanding of the game...he's certainly not on Izzo's level, but he plays it the right way and knows how to win

they also have about 4 or 5 guys who understand their roles really well and play within themselves and the offense to maximize their possessions

Michigan State has benefitted from playing basically 2 full games without Lucas, so they know they can win without him, but in all honesty, Butler defends the perimeter much better than both No. Iowa and Tennessee...they don't have the full court pressure and athletes like UT, but they contest the 3 better and Mack is a much better defender than Maze

Duke could give them trouble with their size on the inside, but you won't find Butler scrambling to cover the perimeter like you saw from Baylor today

they're at home in front of their fans (which basically is what got Mich St to the championship game last year) so you can't overlook that

i like michigan state over butler. MSU's defense is excellent, izzo is the best in the game, and howard will have a hard time guarding dremond green. im not as high on heyward as you are drew, i think raymar morgan is a bad matchup for him and will be able to score.

i like west va over duke, well because im rooting for wvu and hate duke haha. but wvu will give duke problems. butler is long, ebanks is long, and that zone is nasty, if duke isnt hitting their threes, wvu wins. if duke is hitting a lot of threes and harrassing the ball making WVU turn it over, duke wins.

michigan state v. west virginia for the title, with wvu winning it all. de'sean hits a shot at the end to win it.

Mack is closer to Maze defensively than Goins though. I wonder what the ratings will be like this year. If Baylor had won, it would really be interesting to see.
